Enrico is licensed to practice law in both Michigan (member of the Michigan State Bar) and Ontario (member of the Law Society of Upper Canada) and is a Certified Mediator for Oakland County, Michigan. Enrico is also an adjunct Professor for the University of Detroit Mercy, College of Business Administration, a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) having served as CHAIR of the Custom Border Protection Liaison Committee for AILA’s Michigan Chapter and a member of the Canada–U.S. Business Association (CUSBA).
Enrico has advised large and small U.S. and Canadian employers nationwide regarding the hiring and retaining of foreign workers such as business managers, executives, technical personnel, investors, university professors and researchers, medical doctors and other health care professionals, and professionals in the hospitality industry. Addressing the challenges associated with cross-border living, and investing, Enrico:
- Advises and represents individuals, companies, organizations in selecting the best strategy that accomplishes their goals re cross-border matters that include immigration, employment, tax, estate, medical and financial matters;
- Counsels and represents clients seeking temporary professional or investor visas under the United States Mexico Canada Agreement (USMCA) and other international treaties, and permanent visas for professionals, multinational executives, managers, and investors, including those seeking million-dollar investor visas in both Canada and the United States;
- Counsels employers regarding provisions of the Immigration and Reform and Control Act of 1989, including I-9 audits and compliance and employer sanctions;
- Represents a wide range of Canadian, U.S., and foreign individuals, companies and organizations before:
- United States. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Labor (DOL), the U.S. Department of State (DOS), Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), Immigration Court, Court of Appeals & Federal Court.

Enrico’s unique abilities and experience on both sides of the U.S./Canadian border in business, immigration and law distinguishes him as a multi-disciplined counselor.
