DETROIT Jan 05, 2007. Enrico A. Caruso, a Michigan and Ontario licensed attorney, opens his own practice focused on providing clients with real and effective counsel in business, cross-border, immigration and legal matters.
Caruso has been an approved mediator for the Michigan Supreme Court Administration Office and is an adjunct professor for the University of Detroit Mercy. With over 30 years of experience, he has practiced law assisting both individuals and corporations in both the United States and Canada.
He earned Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration post-graduate degrees from the University of Detroit Mercy. He earned his Canadian law degree from the University of Windsor and a Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from York University, Toronto.
Caruso is a member of the Michigan State Bar, Law Society of Ontario (formerly the Law Society of Upper Canada), American Immigration Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, National Scholars Honor Society, Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Federal Court of Appeals for the Sixth Court and the Superior Court of Ontario.
